A few parting pics pulled from Facebook

Sister Remund and Sister Vargas.  Posted by a member of their ward.

Sister Remund got a visit from Paul and Liesel Clove from St. George.  It was in her 11th month in the field.  They brought her a small package from home.

WHAT?! I will see you this week!!!!

Ahhh my wonderful family!!! Thank you all so much for the wonderful emails! You all sound so great and I AM SO EXCITED TO SEE YOU ALL!!!! I honestly cant believe it. Where did the time go? I feel like I just left the MTC and now Im coming home. Is it crazy to think about? I will see you on Thursday! Well anyway, enough about that. I had a great week! We saw more miracles and it was honestly a great week! Me and Sister Oquias had a blast! On Tuesday I was able to go on exchanges with Sister Jasareno. It was fun! We had a good time. Then on Wednesday and Thursday, I can honestly say I dont think Ive ever been so full in my life. Seriously. New Years in the Philippines is bigger than Christmas. Its the biggest holiday here and everyone cooks everything! And then they give it all to the missionaries! Haha. Not all of it. But seriously, all we did was eat the whole day. I seriously thought I couldnt eat any more. It it all tasted really good so it was great! What we have been teaching everything this week though is about new year resolutions. I really liked it. I just started thinking about how important new years resolutions are. The scripture we were sharing was 3 Nephi 27:27 where Christ says that we need to become like Him. So we shared about how that is what our new years resolutions should be based on. It was really great and I loved it! I hope you all have set some goals for 2015! Sunday was great as well! This ward is so nice and made my last Sunday in the Philippines so great! We had a lot of investigators come and we took pictures with everyone. It was funny because we were joking, it was the first Sunday of the year but my last Sunday in the Philippines! Funny no? We have some great investigators though. Rhea Mae and Jelay are going to be baptized on Jan 17 and Julia on Jan 24. Then we have a lot more potential for February. So things are good in Pulupandan! Well, Im excited to see you all! I love you all so much and am so thankful for all your support in me serving a mission. I have loved my mission and have learned more than I could have imagined. There were of course hard times, but the good times made it all worth it! I will miss the people I have met here but I know that I will see them again! I love you all so much! Have a great week and SEE YOU ON THURSDAY!!!!!!

Your favorite missionary ever!!!
